
To sign up for any event on this website you have to crate first your personal galaxy account.
You can create it here: galaxy.esn.org
The account details have to be accurate on galaxy because you can't change them here before the registration.
You need to sign in with your galaxy account on this site, the first time you log in you have to use your username rather than the email address.
Once logged in, go to the registration form and fill out the missing parts.
you can update the travel details by editing your submission.
Your NR or your section president or local representative has to approve you to make sure that the amounts of places are distributed in a fair way. On some events you may be approved automatically.
To approve someone, go to the relevant signup form or event and check the checkbox. Validate the selection by clicking "approve".
